Volunteer for the SAT Test Center
The SAT Test Center at Mt. Carmel is run by the Band Boosters as part of the fundraising program. The tests are administered six times a year by volunteer band, orchestra and colorguard parents. The Mt. Carmel Band Boosters receive an honorarium from the testing company and those parents who volunteer receive a stipend of $35.00 - $52.00 that is credited to their music student's account. The balance of the honorarium goes to the music General Fund. Student account funds may be used to pay for private lessons, purchase instruments, supplies and assessment fees. We need at least 40 volunteers for each test date. This is a great way to add a large amount of money into your child's account as well as to the general fund.
