Student Accounts

Student Account Information:

If you want to pay for current, Band-related expenses from your student’s account, please fill out the Request For Payment From Student Account form, print it, get it signed, and turn it in.

Please Remember:

  • The Request must be signed by the student and one of the Directors before it can be given to our Student Account Chair, Cathie Sandison. You may place this form in the Student Account envelope in the Band Room, or you can mail it to Cathie Sandison at 12189 Brickellia Street, SD 92129.
  • DO NOT MAIL YOUR REQUEST FORM TO THE TREASURER.
  • Please check your student’s account here to verify the amount funds available for transfer.
  • Student Account transfers for assessments, band shoes, etc. must be submitted to Cathie Sandison at least one week before the payment is due.
  • Student Account Reimbursement for music lessons, instrument purchase/repair, etc. must include a copy of the receipt and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Request for reimbursement must be submitted within 30 days of lesson or purchase.
  • Please be patient, as it takes time for earnings to be routed to the student accounts.
