BAND CAMP HELP  
  Assist with lunch preparation, serving and cleanup at band camp generally 1 week before the school year starts, generally 10:30 am - 1:00 pm

BAND DAD  
  Load/unload the instrument/equipment trailer, move instruments and equipment on and off field before and after football games and field shows and assist with band camp where needed.

BAND MOM/CHAPERONE  
  Help students get ready for football games, parades & tournaments. Assist with chaperoning on buses for travel.
  Chairperson: Amy Chapman  
BAND UNIFORM HELP  
  Help fit marching band uniforms in the summer, mend them at tournaments and football games. Assist with dry cleaning as needed.

BANQUET  
  Saturday in early June, help organize dinner, tickets, registration, decorations for event and silent auction.

COLOR GUARD MOM/CHAPERONE  
  Help color guard students get ready for football games, parades and tournaments. Assist with chaperoning on buses for travel.

COLOR GUARD UNIFORM HELP  
  Help fit color guard uniforms in summer and fall, mend at tournaments and football games. Assist with dry cleaning needs.

  Assist with the sale of Entertainment Boosk, Poinsettia Sales, and short term fundraising projects.

SAT TESTING HELP  
  Assist with proctoring or administration of SAT I or SAT II tests on various Saturday mornings at Mt.Carmel. All positions receive monetary reward awarded to the student account indicated.

SEAMSTRESS FOR FLAGS  
  Help with sewing the flags for Color Guard and Winter Guard.
